Psychology from Simon Fraser University. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for women, with a focus upon narcissistic abuse recovery, developmental trauma, and emotional healing.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>My journey began in 2013 as a public-school educator and special education teacher, where I supported vulnerable youth and families navigating complex emotional and behavioural challenges. This experience deepened my understanding of attachment injuries, family systems, and the long-term impact of developmental complex trauma.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>In 2020, I transitioned into private practice with a mission to create a safe, compassionate space for women to access mental health support.\u00a0 While mental health is universal, women carry burdens which are unique to the female experience.\u00a0 As partners, mothers, sisters, and daughters&#8211;in all our roles, we are steeped in responsibilities; cloaked in silent vulnerabilities.
